- Lead complex rail/bus system integration projects from contract award to final acceptance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders
- Manage customer expectations, scope, and communication throughout the project
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including hardware, software, quality, and supply chain
- Align priorities across departments and international entities
- Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and change requests
- Proactively escalate issues when needed
- Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements for the rail/bus industry
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and reporting standards
- Support tendering and pre-sales activities with project planning expertise
- Provide regular project status reports to senior management
