Anforderungen
- At least five years of service design or UX design experience
- Strong service and process focus
- Proven depth in journey mapping and service blueprinting
- Repeatedly performed journey mapping and blueprinting in complex environments
- Ability to show decisions resulting from journey mapping and blueprinting work
- Experience with legacy system landscapes
- Experience with processes across multiple business areas
- Defined metrics for journeys or services
- Close collaboration with Data Analytics and Research
- Led a guild, community of practice, or comparable format
- No line management responsibility in leadership role
- Independent work style
- Ability to move between process detail and bigger picture
- Ability to get others to contribute to shared artefacts
- Experience in e-commerce (plus)
- Experience in process-heavy domains like leasing or financing (plus)
- Experience with B2B2C models (plus)
- Experience with Smaply (plus)
- Submission of one or two work samples (journey map, blueprint, or comparable)
- Focus on the process of creating work samples, not just the polished artefact
- Solid English language skills
- German language skills are a plus
- German language basic knowledge (B2)
- English advanced proficiency (C1)
Aufgaben
- Create journey maps and service blueprints for key user groups
- Connect frontstage and backstage elements in journey maps
- Visualize the gap between current and target states
- Define technical, operational, and organizational needs for JobRad® 2.0
- Embed within the product team to provide insights for prioritization
- Ensure user and process consequences are understood in trade-off discussions
- Lead the Customer Journey Guild by defining journey work standards
- Evolve journey work methodology, detail level, and tooling standards
- Lead laterally through expertise, clarity, and facilitation
- Bring together colleagues from Market Research, UX Research, and Process Management
- Define end-to-end journey metrics with UX Research and Data Analytics
- Connect journey metrics with product analytics and Voice of Customer insights
- Drive the shift towards journey management over individual touchpoints
- Contribute actively to the UX community
