Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years relevant experience in sustainability, ESG, compliance, or related area
- Experience with sustainability regulations and frameworks, ideally including CSRD and Double Materiality Assessments
- Comfortable working with data and complex information, translating insights into actions and recommendations

- Fluent English; German language skills are a plus

- Take ownership of the Double Materiality Assessment (DMA)
- Coordinate the Sustainability Steering Committee to advance the agenda
- Translate priorities into initiatives for circularity and the workforce
- Shape sustainability integration across Redcare Pharmacy
- Drive measurable progress on ESG priorities
