Anforderungen
- At least 7 years relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or executive search
- Significant professional experience in executive-search, recruitment consultancy, or personnel consultancy
- Strong track record recruiting leadership and senior-level positions
- Experience advising and influencing senior executives and decision-makers up to CXO level
- Strong expertise in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, candidate assessment, and executive-search methodologies
- Commercial, analytical, and consultative mindset with ability to translate business requirements and market insights into effective hiring strategies
- Fluent English and confidence to work across countries, functions, and cultures
Aufgaben
- Identify, attract, and select leaders for C&A Europe
- Combine hands-on executive search with strategic TA advisory
- Work with senior leaders and HR partners across Europe
- Own leadership searches end to end for senior leadership
- Conduct searches for critical specialist positions across Europe
- Develop search strategies from briefing through candidate closing
- Partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to understand business priorities
- Advise on role profiles, candidate markets, and sourcing strategies
- Challenge assessment and selection decisions where valuable
- Use direct search, talent mapping, and market research
- Identify and engage high-calibre leadership talent across Europe
- Deliver outstanding assessment and candidate experiences
- Apply executive-search and leadership-assessment methodologies
- Provide talent and market intelligence on candidate availability
- Share insights on competitor activity and compensation trends
- Inform on developments in leadership markets
- Improve TA standards, processes, tools, and technology
- Enhance external search partnerships across Europe
