- Find, inspire, and win top tech talent
- Own the entire tech recruiting process
- Manage end-to-end applicant management, select recruiting strategy, identify talent in screening and interviews, and guide process to contract signature
- Ensure recruiting process runs smoothly and continuously improves
- Keep recruiting KPIs in focus
- Create an inspiring candidate experience, accompany candidates throughout the entire process, and serve as a trusted sparring partner for departments
- Know where to find the best tech talent
- Bring top tech talent into the talent pipeline with Sourcing team and partners
