Anforderungen
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years professional experience
- Experience leading a team
- Fluent at minimum B2 level in English, German and French (reading, writing and speaking)
- Experience developing comprehensive sourcing/recruitment plans
- Excellent consultative skills and proven success developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levels
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to identify and nurture talent, providing guidance and support

- Passion for helping others achieve career aspirations

- Mix of agency and in-house experience strongly preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of compliance with OFCCP and GDPR
- Program management experience
- Familiarity with Employment Branding, social media and related tools/marketing concepts
- Experience in international recruiting
Aufgaben
- Provide day-to-day leadership for a team of 3-5 recruiters
- Manage team performance and provide ongoing feedback
- Coach team members and support problem-solving
- Develop and lead talent strategy with hiring managers and senior leaders
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with site leadership, HRBPs, and Compensation partners
- Utilize recruiting and labor market trends to influence clients
- Apply talent analytics to provide strategic input to business areas
- Increase efficiency and optimize recruiting tools and resources
- Implement full recruiting lifecycle for assigned clients
- Set expectations for hiring timelines and labor market conditions
- Provide consultative services to business partners
- Communicate proactively with leaders and candidates throughout searches
