  • Support HR administration processes, including onboarding, offboarding, data changes, absence, and benefits.
  • Assist in preparing monthly payroll input and collaborate with external payroll provider.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, supporting queries and delivering experience.
  • Maintain employee records and support report preparation, ensuring high data quality.
  • Contribute to HR process improvements and support initiatives involving process automation and AI.
  • Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement activities across multiple countries.
