Anforderungen
- Previous payroll experience advantageous but not required
- Curiosity, structured approach, comfort with data, excitement to learn back-end processes
- Current study in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics, Data, Technology or comparable
- Strong interest in payroll, HR operations, finance, data, systems or business transformation
- Structured, reliable, detail-oriented, accurate data and administrative process work, critical thinking
- Comfortable with Excel, interest in learning new systems and technologies
- Curious mindset, willingness to ask questions, motivation to understand, improve and own processes
- Fluent German and English (writing and speaking)
Aufgaben
- Support German payroll administration, employee data, new hires, and queries
- Perform payroll checks, reconciliations, data validations, and investigate discrepancies
- Assist with payroll reporting and worker administration
- Support payroll systems and technology projects, including testing, data validation, and implementation
- Document and improve payroll processes, work instructions, and procedures
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or automate processes and contribute improvement ideas
- Take ownership of selected payroll activities
