Anforderungen
- Technical or scientific education (FH/University/UAS/HTL), ideally Master’s in Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering
- Understanding of electric propulsion systems for satellite mobility
- Knowledge of satellite systems, launch services, or space data platforms
- Knowledge of Python programming language
- Solid understanding of electronics design and operation
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes
- Experience with documentation tools, simulation software, mission planning tools, or collaborative platforms (JIRA)
- Familiarity with space industry standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ECSS, ITAR)
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and concisely
- Willingness to travel to customer facilities
- Proactive, organized, and disciplined approach to independent work
- Passion for contributing to a fast-growing business and high-performing team
Aufgaben
- Act as the main point of contact for customer project and program management
- Analyze customer requirements and develop compliance matrices
- Provide technical support to the Sales team
- Support customers with product integration and operation
- Provide technical support during Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT)
- Contribute to the development of ground support equipment
- Manage and facilitate customer tests and workshops
- Initiate, support, and report on non-conformance processes
- Initiate, support, and report on anomaly reviews
- Analyze and review on-orbit telemetry for command sequences and anomalies
- Automate telemetry analysis using Python scripts
- Recommend strategies and operational parameters based on telemetry
- Provide on-orbit operations support for optimal product performance
- Deliver clear and concise technical documentation
