- Master’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or related field

- Expert knowledge of SQL

- Experience integrating ERP and enterprise application data into analytical platforms
- Solid understanding of underlying business processes
- Sound knowledge of data quality
- Sound knowledge of metadata management
- Sound knowledge of data lineage
- Sound knowledge of data governance
- Sound knowledge of privacy-aware design (GDPR)
- Proficiency in DataOps practices
- Experience preparing data for ML and GenAI use cases
- Experience with feature engineering
- Experience with unstructured data
- Experience with embeddings
- Experience with vector search
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in agile delivery methods
- Fluent English
Aufgaben
- Build and evolve end-to-end data pipelines on a modern cloud-based lakehouse platform
- Turn data into trusted, reusable products across business functions
- Shape schemas, business logic, semantics, and service levels with Data Domain Owners
- Connect ERP, planning, and other enterprise applications to the lakehouse
- Define and automate data quality checks, reconciliations, and monitoring
- Resolve data quality issues at their source
- Embed governance into everyday engineering
- Manage metadata, classification, lineage, and access with Data Domain Owners and Data Stewards
- Prepare high-quality, AI-ready data for AI & ML Engineers
- Create feature tables, curated datasets, document corpora, and vector indexes
- Translate business needs into robust technical designs
- Shape product roadmaps and solution architecture in line with Data & AI standards
- Apply modern engineering and DataOps practices
- Improve workload performance and cost efficiency
- Enable self-service analytics by coaching business power users
- Guide external partners to deliver well-documented, reusable solutions
- Follow company HSSE policies
- Complete required training
- Promote safe, secure, and compliant ways of working
