- HR administration experience across employee lifecycle
- Beneficial experience with HR information systems (HRIS)

- Independent work, collaboration with stakeholders
- Fluent German language skills
- Good English language skills
Aufgaben
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers
- Provide guidance on employment conditions, collective labor agreements, and company policies
- Support workplace concerns and employee relations matters
- Handle disciplinary actions and day-to-day HR inquiries
- Ensure compliance with Austrian labor, social security, and payroll regulations
- Liaise with local authorities, works councils, and external partners
- Manage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle
- Transition paper-based records into organized digital formats
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee records
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of collective labor agreements
- Support consistent application of collective labor agreements
- Prepare and organize documentation for internal audits and compliance reviews
- Monitor and maintain records of mandatory training and certifications
- Partner with HR colleagues across Europe to implement regional HR initiatives
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and employment certificates
- Maintain accurate employee information within HR systems
- Ensure accurate administration of employee absences and vacation requests
- Prepare monthly payroll-related information
- Maintain HR-related content on internal platforms
- Coordinate HR administration for employee hires and departures
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and managers to ensure efficient HR processes
