Anforderungen
- University degree in Computer Science/Business Administration or equivalent practical experience
- Fluent English skills
- At least 4 years IT experience in sales, business analysis, and project management, ideally within FMCG
- Strong project management capabilities with successful delivery of business applications
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Exposure to modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) or cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), SAP systems (S/4, CRM, MDG) is a plus

Aufgaben
- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives for global sales departments
- Lead and deliver large-scale, cross-functional international projects in sales and business applications
- Focus on analytics and AI enablement in projects
- Coordinate scope, budget, timelines, and quality for projects
- Coordinate external implementation teams or partners
- Ensure alignment across key stakeholders (IT, Sales, Data, etc.)
- Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders in Headquarters IT and sales
- Manage and steer external vendors and implementation partners
- Manage and steer internal delivery teams for end-to-end execution
- Partner with IT and sales teams to understand business processes
- Gather and challenge requirements for sales applications
- Translate requirements into technical concepts for sales applications
- Lead requirements engineering efforts
- Question assumptions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Design end-to-end solution architectures with IT, data, and analytics teams
- Leverage cloud platforms, data lakes, and AI/ML models in solution architectures
- Drive standardization and harmonization of global sales processes through technology and analytics
- Identify and support innovative approaches to improve sales tools and processes
- Collaborate with the innovation team to explore new technologies
- Lead pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders on digital transformation
- Advise on analytics strategy and AI opportunities
- Identify high-value use cases for advanced analytics, machine learning, and automation
- Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies
- Develop business cases for new initiatives
- Promote a data-driven mindset
- Support the organization in adopting new tools and ways of working
