Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree and at least five years relevant HR Business Partner experience
- Strong track record as strategic HR partner in organization design, talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development
- Experience in HR operations and/or global HRBP role in fast-changing, matrix environment, ideally pharmaceutical or life science industry
- Demonstrated success balancing country HR leadership with global business HRBP responsibilities in complex matrix structure
- Proven experience leading change and navigating complex transformation projects with internal and external stakeholders
- Solid understanding of employee relations principles, practices, methods, programs, and applicable employment and labor laws, regulations, and standards in Austria and Portugal
- Credible communication and effective collaboration across functions, cultures, and levels of organization
- Strong hands-on mentality with excellent execution skills, sound judgment, and commitment to fostering trust, teamwork, and inclusion
