- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or comparable
- Profound experience with PM platforms, workflows, permissions, reporting
- Strong expertise in portfolio reporting, KPI design, data visualization, dashboard development
- Practical experience with workflow automation and low-code solutions
- Experience in data modelling, data governance, validation, integration, data quality
- Sound understanding of PM processes, governance models, reporting requirements
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate to technical requirements, solutions, insights
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting skills; structured, detail-oriented, proactive style
- Excellent communication, documentation, training, stakeholder management skills
Aufgaben
- Own and develop project and portfolio management tools
- Collaborate with IT on tool workflows, system structures, and access concepts
- Provide user support for project and portfolio management tools
- Translate governance, process, and reporting needs into scalable solutions
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Project Managers, and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT and data teams
- Design, build, and maintain self-service portfolio reports
- Design, build, and maintain management dashboards
- Design, build, and maintain KPIs
- Design, build, and maintain role-based views
- Define and maintain data standards
- Define and maintain validation rules
- Define and maintain reporting logic
- Define and maintain monitoring routines
- Develop self-service automations, scripts, and queries
- Develop integrations
- Partner with IT to shape enterprise solutions
- Support tool usage through documentation and training
- Monitor solution performance and adoption
- Drive enhancements to improve usability, transparency, and scalability
