Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition experience
- Recruitment experience in Clinical Research, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology industries (advantageous)
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing channels
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent English
- Full working proficiency in German
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Aufgaben
- Develop, post, and maintain job advertisements
- Proactively identify, source, and engage qualified candidates
- Conduct candidate screening and first-round interviews
- Provide comprehensive interview feedback to hiring managers
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System with candidate records
- Develop candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
- Deliver a positive candidate experience
- Promote the employer brand
- Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports
- Liaise with recruitment agencies regarding position requirements
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies to attract talent
