Anforderungen
- Completed education/degree in IT, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
- Experience with APIs, SQL databases, and FTPS
- Knowledge of email integrations and protocols
- Experience in 1st or 2nd level support or comparable technical customer-facing role
- Strong technical affinity and structured, independent problem-solving approach
- Reliability, high organization, and ability to track multiple topics

- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Aufgaben
- Set up APIs, FTPS connections, and SQL databases, manage existing integrations, and further develop them
- Handle 1st and 2nd level customer requests and identify suitable solutions
- Prioritize requests, track open topics, and ensure timely task completion
- Support implementation and configuration of customer email solutions
- Work with the Tech team to assess and prioritize integration requirements
- Act as a point of contact for technical questions and explain solutions clearly
