Aufgaben
- Manage operational warehouse and distribution activities within assigned markets
- Steer and develop partnerships with external logistics and transportation service providers
- Monitor warehouse performance through relevant KPIs
- Conduct regular operational and quality reviews
- Ensure high service levels, inventory accuracy, and efficient material flow processes
- Identify and implement improvement initiatives
- Coordinate collaboration between regional markets, manufacturing plants, Logistics EMEA, Supply Chain functions, and logistics partners
- Act as a key interface for logistics topics
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements
- Plan and conduct warehouse, facility, and quality audits
- Develop and enhance reporting structures and KPI frameworks covering inventory, availability, service performance, and logistics costs
- Support budgeting and investment planning activities within the logistics environment
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects focused on logistics optimization, warehouse layout improvements, and quality standards
