- Drive the HR Business & Strategy Review process
- Develop clear recommendations for senior leaders
- Prepare Executive Committee, Board, and leadership presentations
- Prepare strategic communications and materials
- Lead CHRO-sponsored initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder engagement
- Generate workforce insights and analytics
- Identify opportunities to improve HR effectiveness
