- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)

- Green Belt or Black Belt certification desirable
- Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies
- Experience with automation
- Experience with digital manufacturing solutions
- Proficiency in process simulation software
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM tools
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software

Aufgaben
- Define, document, and standardize global manufacturing processes
- Transfer manufacturing processes globally to support capacity expansion
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0
- Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation
- Integrate advanced manufacturing technologies
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, production, and quality teams
- Collaborate with Global Platform Leaders for new product introductions
- Ensure seamless new product introductions and process validations
- Develop and deliver training on new processes and technologies
- Conduct process audits and performance analyses
- Benchmark internal and external manufacturing processes
- Manage complex process improvement and capacity expansion projects
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality systems
- Provide expert technical support to manufacturing sites worldwide
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations
