Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing) or related technical field
- Master's degree (plus)
- Strong experience in casting process engineering, process improvement, or similar role in global manufacturing
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of other continuous improvement tools
- Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES)
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Experience with other relevant manufacturing software
- Proficiency in process mapping
- Proficiency in value stream mapping
- Proficiency in other process analysis techniques
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead complex initiatives

Aufgaben
- Define and document standardized casting processes and equipment
- Develop work instructions and best practices globally
- Analyze casting processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Apply lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Design and implement process and equipment improvements
- Implement new technologies and automation solutions
- Optimize operational workflows
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, quality, and production teams
- Ensure seamless integration of new processes and equipment
- Develop and deliver training on new processes and tools
- Monitor and analyze casting process KPIs
- Recommend corrective actions based on trends
- Conduct process audits and assessments
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Support digital manufacturing initiatives and Industry 4.0 technologies
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and new technologies
- Manage process and equipment improvement projects
- Ensure timely project completion and budget adherence
- Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations
