Aufgaben
- Define, document, and standardize global drying processes
- Analyze existing drying processes and equipment
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
- Develop and implement process control strategies
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, production, and supply chain teams
- Provide technical expertise and training to manufacturing teams
- Establish and monitor KPIs for drying processes
- Conduct root cause analysis for drying defects and deviations
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
- Stay abreast of industry trends and new technologies in drying processes
- Support the development and deployment of MES and digital manufacturing solutions
- Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and guidelines
