- Strong test management and coordination experience
- Solid transformer testing processes experience
- Solid high-voltage testing equipment experience
- Relevant international standards knowledge
- Familiarity with DTRS application
- Familiarity with digitalization processes
- Familiarity with automation processes
- Familiarity with test room audit procedures
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders globally

Aufgaben
- Support implementation and management of DTRS software system
- Ensure DTRS system meets functional scope for Distribution & Dry Transformers
- Support deployment of automated test bay processes
- Reduce cycle time and improve testing efficiency
- Participate in Test Room Audits
- Conduct Test Room Audits
- Verify compliance with BU HSE Test Instruction 1LAA000050
- Verify compliance with applicable testing standards (IEC, CSA, IEEE)
- Review calibration processes on critical test equipment
- Ensure compliance with calibration intervals per 1ZBA 4505-118
- Coordinate with GPG Test Process Expert, DT Factories, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance to standard equipment & HSE Test Instructions
- Support DT Factories and Business Solution Teams on technical aspects
- Support validation of onboarding special, design, and other tests
- Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations
- Ensure compliance with procedures and guidelines
