- Pragmatic, solution-oriented, hands-on, and cost-conscious approach
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Aufgaben
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements for wholesale operations
- Advise on cross-border sales, international trade terms, and delivery risk
- Support purchasing and sourcing teams on transport and distribution contracts
- Provide legal guidance on intra-group agreements and goods flow
- Advise on regulatory and compliance matters, including customs and sanctions
- Manage and mitigate legal risk in commercial disputes and claims
- Instruct and coordinate external counsel across multiple jurisdictions
- Contribute to developing legal templates, playbooks, and ways of working
