- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Strong results-oriented mindset
- Experience with KPI management, structured problem-solving, root-cause analysis, process standardization
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on operational execution
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with ERP and other digital operational management tools is an advantage

Aufgaben
- Take full end-to-end responsibility for customer order execution
- Shape the site's operational strategy
- Strengthen operational performance
- Drive a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement
- Lead and develop direct-report managers
- Drive business performance, leadership excellence, and organizational development
- Drive cross-functional collaboration
- Remove organizational or process barriers impacting operational performance
- Establish clear vision, plans, priorities, and KPIs
- Ensure reliable delivery of products and services
- Assess, prioritize, and budget capital investment, technologies, and digitalization needs
- Secure effective and standardized work and SOPs
- Anticipate operational risks and bottlenecks
- Take proactive action to secure delivery performance and customer satisfaction
- Ensure effective capacity planning, resource allocation, and prioritization
- Ensure a strong customer-centric mindset throughout the operations organization
- Act as a senior escalation point for critical operational issues affecting customers
- Ensure timely resolution and clear communication for customer issues
- Strengthen the link between customer requirements, quality, engineering, and production
- Optimize design for manufacturability, standardization, and modularization
- Optimize overall product lifecycle performance
- Lead and embed a culture of continuous improvement
- Implement ALPS methodology by leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies
- Deliver measurable and sustainable improvements
- Promote structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis
- Eliminate recurring issues and prevent rework
- Build a high-performing organization with clear accountability and strong collaboration
- Foster an environment where employees are empowered to take ownership
- Develop leadership capabilities
- Ensure the right competencies and organizational structure are in place
- Partner with other departments to support site development
- Improve and sustain the Safety and Quality Culture
- Provide input to R&D and Product Management for new and existing product development
- Ensure full compliance with legal, code, and certification requirements
- Ensure full compliance with Alfa Laval Group policies and procedures
