- Develop, optimize, and validate robust cell-based functional assays
- Develop complex 3D cell models
- Miniaturize cellular assays into high-density plate formats
- Optimize assay performance parameters
- Maintain, characterize, and perform quality control on mammalian cell lines
- Partner with the High-Throughput Screening and Profiling team
- Transfer new assays onto integrated robotic systems
- Run routine cellular assays to generate high-quality data
- Analyze complex screening datasets using modern scientific tools
- Document workflows meticulously in Electronic Lab Notebooks
- Serve as the primary cellular assay expert on project teams
- Share insights across chemistry, High-Throughput Screening and Profiling, and therapeutic area groups
