Anforderungen
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field
- Minimum five years leadership experience in luxury hospitality, In-Room Dining, Restaurants, Banquets or Food & Beverage operations
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Delivery of exceptional luxury guest experiences
- Strong operational and commercial understanding
- Understanding of labour productivity, budgeting, revenue and cost control
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Fluent English
- Fluent German or French
- Additional languages advantageous

- Lead In-Room Dining and Banquet operations
- Deliver seamless and personalized experiences
- Lead and develop In-Room Dining and Banquet teams
- Ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction
- Manage financial performance of the department
- Plan and execute banquet functions and events
- Coordinate VIP experiences and custom guest requests
- Collaborate with Culinary, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales teams
- Drive revenue, profitability, and labor productivity
- Manage costs effectively within the department
- Oversee operational readiness and staffing across shifts
- Maintain service standards and procedures
- Support development of In-Room Dining concepts and amenity programs
- Contribute to banquet standards and continuous improvement
