- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and alumni networks for sourcing
- Help draft, format, and publish job descriptions
- Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Help maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Workday)
- Keep candidate profiles updated in the ATS
- Ensure data accuracy in the ATS
- Assist in tracking key recruitment metrics
- Optimize hiring strategies based on recruitment metrics
