- Provide recruitment market intelligence
- Provide hiring recommendations
- Maintain recruitment activities within SuccessFactors Recruiting
- Maintain reporting within SuccessFactors Recruiting
- Support recruitment innovation initiatives
- Support the use of AI-enabled recruiting tools
