Anforderungen
- Minimum 3 years developing, deploying, managing ML/AI solutions at scale on Databricks
- Strong general understanding of AI/ML principles, technologies, tools, processes
- Expert technology skills in Databricks, Azure, Terraform, Spark, Python, SQL, CI/CD
- Diploma in computer science or similar field
- Very good understanding of Data Architecture and Data Engineering
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to efficiently document, share knowledge, enable others
- Working experience in financial industry, preferably asset management
- International work experience
- Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Foundry (Azure AI Foundry) or willingness to build expertise
- Certification “Databricks Certified Machine Learning Professional”
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement ML & AI solutions on the Data and AI Platform
- Support platform customers with technical aspects of ML & AI solutions
- Provide guidance and L3 support to development teams
- Foster enablement to the point of self-service
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance requirements
- Follow a compliance-by-design approach
- Adhere to ML & AI guidelines and best practices
- Develop, maintain, and enhance templates and reusable building blocks
- Facilitate accelerated creation of ML & AI solutions by platform customers
- Integrate, deploy, and manage ML & AI models and systems on the platform
- Collaborate with the Data and AI Platform Architect
- Integrate new ML & AI features into the platform
- Extend the platform's capabilities
- Ensure security and compliance of ML & AI capabilities and solutions
- Optimize ML & AI performance and cost efficiency
- Implement suitable ML & AI algorithms and techniques
- Exchange methods and best practices with the AI CoE
- Collaborate with DevOps and SecOps teams
- Ensure seamless integration and operation of ML & AI solutions
- Monitor the health and performance of ML & AI capabilities
- Address issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Integrate ML & AI capabilities with Azure cloud resources
- Integrate ML & AI capabilities with external data sources
- Integrate ML & AI capabilities with applications
- Integrate ML & AI capabilities with SaaS services
