- Collaborate with the development team to design and optimize lab automation processes
- Bridge scientific needs and technical solutions
- Set up and maintain sample tracking and sample management systems
- Develop and maintain scripts for input/output file handling
- Develop and maintain scripts for data processing pipelines for automated lab systems
- Collaborate with the development team to define automated data workflows
- Collaborate with the development team to design automated data workflows

- Prepare analysis-ready datasets for hit selection
