Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, natural sciences, environmental engineering, or comparable field
- Minimum 10 years relevant professional experience in manufacturing, ideally with extensive EHS experience in regulated manufacturing
- Several years direct people leadership experience, including employee development and support
- Strong knowledge of relevant EHS legislation and regulatory/local requirements
- Experience developing and delivering EHS training programs
- Strong knowledge of risk management, change control, auditing, SOP development, and document management
- Experience in process design and implementation, and relevant management systems
- High independence, accountability, and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong 'Safety First' mindset and ability to role-model safety culture
- Broad understanding of objectives, processes, resources, strategies, and interactions across multiple functions in a complex organization
- Fluent German and English skills, written and spoken
- Expertise in Quality and/or Manufacturing, ideally within GMP-regulated environment
- Relevant professional EHS/safety certification, e.g. Sicherheitsfachkraft, Certified Safety Professional/Manager, or comparable qualification
- Experience with EHS management systems and standards, particularly ISO 14001
- General understanding of external industry challenges and developments, and their potential business impact

- Manage emergency response
- Lead EHS management of change processes
- Implement EHS standards
- Implement audit and assurance programs
- Implement relevant training initiatives
- Prepare EHS metrics
- Analyze EHS metrics
- Report on EHS metrics
- Contribute to budget planning
- Contribute to capital investment planning
