Anforderungen
- BS, MS, or PhD in relevant engineering/scientific discipline or equivalent experience
- Downstream purification technologies experience
- Technical engagement, troubleshooting, and problem-solving experience
- Process scale-up, technology transfer, and optimization experience
- Chromatography systems operation and data interpretation experience
- Column packing experience at scale
- Bioprocessing and downstream purification workflow understanding
- Process design, optimization, and troubleshooting capability
- Familiarity with PAT, DoE, and QbD principles
- Knowledge of analytical methods for purification development
- Proficiency with Excel and JMP; scripting advantage
- Technical writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Problem-solving and influencing skills
- Salesforce.com (SFDC) experience
- Fluent German and English communication skills
- Based in Germany or Austria with airport access
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Valid driver’s license and passport
Aufgaben
- Serve as a bioprocessing domain expert for customers
- Help customers adopt, develop, and optimize downstream bioprocessing technologies
- Act as a technical expert and consultant in purification, filtration, and single-use technologies
- Support customer process development, optimization, scale-up, and technology integration
- Lead pre- and post-sales technical activities, including product evaluations and PoP studies
- Conduct technology qualification and implementation in regulated environments
- Deliver technical presentations on POROS™ and CaptureSelect™ products
- Address downstream purification challenges and position company capabilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting for product quality and performance issues
- Partner with Quality, Field Service, and Technical Support to resolve issues
- Deliver technical training to internal and external audiences
- Conduct workflow consultations and GEMBA walks at customer sites
- Identify process improvement opportunities and align technical solutions with business objectives
- Support Bioprocessing Development Center activities and customer trials
- Perform on-site demonstrations
- Develop and execute customer technology adoption plans with milestones
- Conduct utilization reviews to assess implementation and performance
- Document customer engagements and technical activities in Salesforce (SFDC)
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Field Service, Technical Support, Product Management, R&D, and Quality/Regulatory teams
- Capture and communicate Voice of Customer (VOC) insights
- Support product roadmaps, feature development, and content creation
- Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and events
- Deliver technical presentations and thought leadership at industry events
