Aufgaben
- Provide functional leadership, guidance, and coaching to an HRIS Specialist.
- Guide HRIS Specialist in executing system configurations and projects.
- Lead and continuously improve the global HRIS landscape.
- Ensure stable, efficient, and user-friendly HR system operations.
- Manage SuccessFactors and connected HR systems, including configurations, workflows, security, integrations, releases, and issue resolution.
- Drive HR data quality, reporting accuracy, and system governance through controls, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with HR, IT, vendors, and global stakeholders to prioritise enhancements, deliver projects, and resolve critical system topics.
- Lead change, governance, and continuous improvement, establishing best practices, managing release cycles, coordinating testing, and documenting changes to ensure an exceptional HRIS user experience.
