Anforderungen
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or comparable field
- At least 12 years international IT leadership experience in complex transformations, global programs, and international rollouts
- Strong expertise in commercial/service value streams (lead-to-order, order-to-cash, service-to-retention)
- Ability to manage large portfolios, budgets, strategic vendors, and translate business strategy into priorities and investments
- Strategic, collaborative, and accountable leadership with ability to build trust, navigate complexity, and influence senior stakeholders
- Fluent English communication at executive level
- German language skills (advantageous)

- Connect business strategy, end-to-end process design, and technology delivery

- Ensure Salesforce and SAP platforms support value streams scalably
- Drive major transformation initiatives with stakeholders
- Drive global template harmonization initiatives
- Drive international rollout initiatives
- Drive CRM evolution initiatives
- Drive digital commerce integration initiatives
- Drive loyalty program initiatives
- Drive application management services initiatives
- Establish effective governance for demand management
