- Own the hiring engine for consultants and business services
- Manage recruiting positioning, channels, and candidate closing
- Run the annual performance, promotion, and development cycle
- Oversee the feedback framework and career paths
- Make difficult promotion and development decisions
- Translate growth targets into headcount and capability planning
- Collaborate with Managing Partners on organizational design
- Build the internal learning curriculum
- Develop and maintain the trainer network
- Ensure learning and development remain relevant to consulting work
- Foster a unified firm culture across six locations
- Manage HR operations and compliance
- Oversee contracts, policies, and labor law
- Manage payroll interfaces across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Gulf region
- Mitigate HR-related risks
- Build HR analytics for leadership
- Provide insights on utilization, attrition, pipeline, and engagement
- Implement AI-enabled tools to streamline the employee lifecycle
- Shape firm reskilling strategies in response to AI advancements
