Anforderungen

Aufgaben
- Partner with executives and HR managers on HR matters throughout the employee life cycle.
- Design and implement strategic HR programs and policies.
- Collaborate with executives and employee representatives on HR strategy and implementing HR processes in talent management, development, compensation, and benefits.
- Plan, manage, and implement recruitment processes, including drafting postings, candidate selection, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
- Ensure efficient implementation of administrative HR processes.
- Maintain HR systems through supervisory management of an HR generalist.
- Select and negotiate contracts with staffing agencies, particularly in the blue-collar sector.
- Coordinate selected topics with the works council.
- Collaborate on regional and global HR projects, including digital personnel files and performance evaluations.
