Aufgaben
- Own employee lifecycle processes across Germany and Luxembourg
- Prepare accurate, locally compliant employment documentation
- Track lifecycle events and required actions
- Maintain complete and accurate personnel files
- Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers
- Provide clear, timely guidance on policies, processes, and HR matters
- Support HR Business Partners with employee and organisational changes
- Identify and escalate complex employee relations, performance, or employment-law matters
- Coordinate the day-to-day administration of employee benefits
- Resolve queries with external benefits providers and Total Rewards team
- Support benefit renewals, enrolment activity, and employee communications
- Administer employee equity and share plans
- Coordinate statutory and company leave processes
- Guide employees and managers through benefit and leave processes
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data gaps
- Produce routine reports and support audit requests
- Maintain HR templates, employee documentation, and shared repositories
- Respond to routine HR system queries
- Coordinate the resolution of HR system technical issues
- Support HR system implementations and enhancements
- Provide Payroll with accurate, timely employee information
- Review payroll inputs and supporting data
- Investigate and resolve routine employee data or payroll queries
- Escalate discrepancies or complex payroll matters
- Administer HR processes in accordance with employment requirements and policies
- Support local compliance activities
- Coordinate immigration and work-authorisation documentation
- Support external audits and compliance reviews
- Maintain employee information and HR documentation in accordance with GDPR
- Apply global HR processes while following local requirements
- Recognise and escalate employment-law, employee relations, or compliance risks
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and standardise HR processes
- Create and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
- Support the rollout of HR policies, templates, systems, and global initiatives
- Contribute to annual programmes like compensation reviews and performance cycles
- Participate in cross-functional projects supporting EMEA growth
- Identify opportunities for clearer guidance, stronger processes, and improved self-service
