- Handle HR administrative tasks, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Research HR best practices and assist in policy development
- Support payroll, benefits administration, and compliance tasks
- Respond to employee inquiries and assist in resolving HR issues
- Perform other tasks and duties assigned by the manager
