- University degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Understanding of aerospace design and manufacturing ecosystem
- Cross-sectional understanding of aircraft design disciplines
- Cross-sectional understanding of manufacturing disciplines (MAIT)
- Proven track-record in setting up, executing, pacing large-scale technical projects
- Understanding of development tools (Config Systems, Doors, Catia, Delmia)

Aufgaben
- Analyze aircraft designs and development logic
- Plan and steer technical development of the industrial system
- Drive execution of industrial development logic using MRL
- Progress manufacturing technologies, sample production, mock-ups, and prototypes
- Coordinate industrial disciplines for physical implementation of digital designs
- Build up real production capability meeting performance targets and constraints
- Support design decisions by showing impact on production
- Strike best trade-off between performance and cost
- Report technical progress to Industrial Management
