Aufgaben
- Define and communicate the vision, goals, and roadmap for ServiceNow Employee Workflow modules
- Lead unification efforts across HRSD, WSD, LSD, and Procurement modules
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify use cases
- Co-design AI-driven workflows with internal stakeholders
- Enable service owners to build prompts directly
- Drive continuous improvement of Employee Workflow modules
- Support organizational change management through clear communication
- Provide training guidance for successful platform adoption
- Oversee vendor management efforts
- Coordinate service delivery with implementation partners
- Lead an external team to steer development efforts
