- Support implementation of regional HR roadmap and transformation priorities
- Establish and maintain execution governance, tracking, and follow-up
- Coordinate cross-country and cross-functional HR initiatives
- Prepare leadership materials and decision papers
- Facilitate steering discussions
- Drive selected transformation topics
- Ensure progress against milestones
- Support alignment between HR leadership and key stakeholders
- Contribute to organizational effectiveness and collaboration
- Foster change adoption across HR Europe
