Aufgaben
- Own the full recruiting cycle
- Shape job profiles with hiring managers
- Run the candidate pipeline
- Conduct structured interviews
- Manage offers to close deals
- Run and own ALAIKA's sourcing machine
- Find passive candidates, especially in Financial Services and tech
- Attract great talent as the face of ALAIKA
- Advise on role design, market insights, and compensation
- Own university relationships and Fellowship pipeline
- Develop emerging talent into future leaders
- Improve recruiting processes, ATS, and tooling
- Track and use KPIs for decision-making
- Shape employer brand through events and outreach
