Aufgaben
- Design, execute, and evaluate experiments in the Drug Product Lab, focusing on formulation, filling, lyophilization, and capping in both small-scale and pilot-scale automated setups
- Collaborate with MS&T, CMC, QA, QC, and manufacturing teams for process improvements, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management
- Identify experiment limitations and issues
- Analyze causes of issues
- Propose solutions to issues
- Prepare technical reports and summaries
- Use scale-down models and standardized methods for process characterization and optimization
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Comply with quality standards
- Support lab operations through procurement, inventory management, and introducing new technologies
- Assist in deviation investigations
- Assist in continuous improvement projects
