- Deep experience in data analytics, business operations, or analytics roles with strategic impact

Aufgaben
- Lead high-impact analytical projects to inform business strategy
- Deliver executive-level insights through data storytelling
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into analytical approaches
- Design, build, and deploy predictive models and statistical analyses
- Maintain and optimize machine learning pipelines
- Ensure model performance in production
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models
- Design, build, and deploy data pipelines for operational data
- Advise senior leadership with data-backed recommendations
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align analytics with business priorities
- Represent Data Analytics in leadership meetings and forums
- Ensure data quality through validation and cleaning practices
- Develop automated workflows and reproducible analytics
- Promote best practices in data management and documentation
- Identify opportunities to embed AI and machine learning in business processes
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging technologies
- Stay current with industry trends and propose operational improvements
- Conduct duties in accordance with information security policies
