Anforderungen
- 6+ years HR experience, 3+ years full-cycle recruiting (senior sales/technical roles), 2+ years HR Business Partner/generalist
- Experience hiring in deep-tech, geospatial, climate tech, or B2B SaaS
- Experience recruiting internationally across countries/setups
- Hiring track record in fast-growing tech company/scale-up (100-500 employees)
- Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency (Boolean search, advanced filters)
- Confidence to advise and challenge senior leaders
- Strong prioritization skills (manage pipeline and ER case)
- Fluent English
- Comfort with HR systems (Personio, ATS) is a plus
- Experience with compensation benchmarking or building interview frameworks is a plus
- Fluent German is a plus
Aufgaben
- Own full-cycle recruiting for senior, technical, and commercial roles globally
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define role profiles and interview plans
- Actively source for hard-to-fill candidate profiles
- Run structured and fair interview processes with scorecards and calibrated interviewers
- Prepare and negotiate offers, closing candidates with a compelling company story
- Own the candidate experience and employer brand, including job ads and market presence
- Track and report hiring metrics to improve recruiting processes
- Guide employees and managers through the full employee lifecycle
- Drive performance and feedback cycles in assigned departments
- Identify and address retention risks with managers
- Translate people data into actionable recommendations for leadership
