- Drive operational excellence and data integrity across HR systems
- Manage data workflows and generate standard HR reporting
- Resolve employee queries efficiently
- Provide talent acquisition backup during hiring peaks
- Serve as a strategic People Partner, translating business priorities into people solutions
- Advise and coach managers on talent development, team dynamics, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Partner with People Growth & Development and People Governance & Automation to roll out company-wide initiatives
- Leverage automation and AI tools to streamline HR workflows
- Analyze people metrics to identify patterns and provide recommendations to leaders
