Anforderungen
- Professional experience in IT support, Digital Workplace, or endpoint management
- Expertise in Windows desktop and endpoint troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience with Intune and Entra ID
- Experience with Windows deployment, Autopilot, and modern provisioning
- Knowledge of Active Directory and hybrid identity environments
- Experience with endpoint security, compliance, patching, and application deployment
- Understanding of ITSM, Service Desk, and IT asset lifecycle processes
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, or comparable automation technologies (advantageous)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, ownership, and independence
- Very good English (written and spoken), documentation capabilities, and collaboration skills
Aufgaben
- Handle L2/L3 escalations for complex incidents, VIPs, and business-critical users
- Administer and maintain Intune and Entra ID
- Manage endpoint compliance, configuration, and security
- Operate Windows Autopilot for remote and zero-touch provisioning
- Provide advanced Microsoft 365 support across Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Oversee endpoint deployment, patching, updates, remediation, and application management
- Administer corporate iOS and Android devices using Intune and Apple Business Manager
- Oversee IT asset lifecycle, including inventory, stock management, repairs, warranties, and replacements
- Support Teams Rooms, video conferencing, and other collaboration technologies
- Optimize ITSM and ITAM processes
- Automate onboarding, offboarding, licensing, and access workflows
- Maintain technical documentation
- Share knowledge with the team
- Mentor junior team members
