Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Information Technology, or related field
- Indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management experience, ideally with global IT procurement exposure
- Experience in SaaS, cloud services, IT hardware, telecommunications, or professional services categories
- Managing complex sourcing projects, leading RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, negotiating supplier agreements, and delivering cost savings
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills, ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proactive and hands-on mentality, focus on practical results
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced, international environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
- Proficiency in procurement systems and tools, ideally SAP, and Microsoft Office
- Fluent English skills and good command of German at minimum B2 level
Aufgaben
- Manage end-to-end procurement for global indirect categories
- Focus on SaaS, cloud services, IT hardware, telecommunications, and professional services
- Develop and implement global sourcing and category strategies
- Balance cost, quality, innovation, supplier performance, and business requirements
- Lead RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs
- Gather requirements and conduct market analysis
- Evaluate suppliers, negotiate commercially, and select vendors
- Negotiate contracts, pricing models, and service levels
- Secure favorable agreements and sustainable value
- Manage supplier relationships throughout the procurement lifecycle
- Manage contract renewals and performance reviews
- Resolve commercial or operational issues with suppliers
- Advise IT and eCommerce on procurement matters
- Support stakeholders in defining requirements
- Support stakeholders in evaluating sourcing options
- Support stakeholders in making sound commercial decisions
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Information Security, and business functions
- Translate business needs into effective sourcing strategies
- Develop practical solutions that deliver measurable results
- Drive continuous improvement across procurement processes
- Share expertise with junior procurement colleagues
- Support the development of junior procurement colleagues through coaching
- Support the development of junior procurement colleagues through mentoring
- Support the development of junior procurement colleagues through knowledge sharing
