- Translate requirements into scalable MLOps solutions with roadmaps
- Drive MLOps projects from PoC to production
- Plan resources and timelines for MLOps projects
- Define scalable ML/AI architectures
- Validate data and platform readiness with experts
- Lead cross-functional expert teams
- Work closely with Consulting on large-scale projects
- Remove roadblocks for project teams
- Set success criteria for projects
- Ensure adoption of standardized pipelines
- Monitor solution health (performance, reliability, cost efficiency)
- Guide teams toward operational excellence
- Promote Responsible AI and platform governance
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and risk standards
- Oversee documentation of evaluations and guardrails
- Oversee documentation of CI/CD workflows and MLOps policies
- Oversee documentation of architecture decision records
- Contribute to internal frameworks and accelerators
- Build reusable MLOps components, templates, and best practices
- Scale MLOps maturity across the organization
- Evolve the MLOps service offering and operating model
- Shape strategic roadmaps for MLOps
- Enhance MLOps platform capabilities
- Align with stakeholders across business, data, and technology
- Drive enterprise-wide ML adoption
- Lead and develop a team of 5–7 MLOps engineers
- Foster a strong team identity
- Guide career growth for team members
- Provide coaching and continuous feedback to the team
- Perform performance assessments for the team
- Support organizational growth by interviewing candidates
- Represent DHL Data & AI at events and conferences
