- Build relationships with leading European institutions
- Deliver an exceptional candidate pre-boarding experience
- Identify and engage top-tier early-career talent
- Utilize direct sourcing, referral channels, and targeted outreach
- Partner with Talent Marketing on outreach initiatives
- Review and process candidate applications
- Plan, attend, and execute university career events
- Plan, attend, and execute technical fairs
- Plan, attend, and execute campus info sessions
- Position Veeva as an employer of choice
- Build and nurture a dedicated, long-term referral pipeline
- Engage internal employee networks for referrals
- Engage university alumni groups for referrals
- Engage student organizations for referrals
- Drive high-touch candidate engagement from offer acceptance to start date
- Host monthly candidate touchpoints
- Facilitate cohort networking
- Maximize early network visibility
- Continuously evaluate sourcing channels
- Iterate digital campaigns
- Optimize hiring processes for simplicity and effectiveness
